Quick question - how did you make the AIDA spots? ^-^
To make the spots, you just make a layer
and use your brush to put a whole bunch
of black circles next to each from the basic
brush set. Next, right click the layer from the layer
palette and choose blending options and put a check
where it says outer glow. You can change the color of the
glow from the outer glow section. I made three different layers,
copied them, then rotated and scaled each layer so they could look
different.
